Ordering
When you are ready to order, we believe that you will find our shopping
basket system easy to use. In fact, we believe that you will not need to
refer to these instructions!
Adding items to your basket
Please select sizes/colours etc. from the options available next to
each item. A price will then be displayed, or, you will be told if the
item is out of stock or not available. If the item selected is available,
simply click on "add 1" as many times as required, then move on
to your next item.
Reviewing your basket
You can review your shopping basket at any time, and remove items if
you wish. When you have finished selecting items, review your basket again
by clicking on "Review basket" - this will take you to a summary
of your shopping basket.
Checkout
If you are happy with the contents, then you can go to the cashier
where you enter all your details for delivery.
Paying
When complete, click on the <next> button to take you to your
final order summary where you select your payment method and then confirm
your order. Once payment method is selected, please click on "send
order now" and very soon you will receive a confirmation email
detailing you order and payments method.
Problems
If you have any problems using our system, obviously we would very much
like to know about it as soon as possible! We appreciate your comments as
it helps us to keep our site as consumer-friendly as possible! We want to
you be able to shop easily on our site, and to trust it!
