| At the checkout you can select to pay by a
number of different methods including:
Secure site credit/debit card
transaction:
If you select this option from the checkout page then
you will be transferred to the Netbanx secure server, via an encrypted
connection, where you can enter your credit card details. An email
containing your order details (but not your credit card details)
is sent to us (and a copy to you) along with a reference code. When
Netbanx authorises the transaction, a further email is sent to us (and a
copy to you) confirming that the transaction has been authorised, and
quoting the same unique reference number. This all happens within a few
seconds. When we match an order with a authorisation we dispatch the
goods to the given delivery address. At no time do we (Kids Kaper) ever
see your card details.
If, following your payment, we find that we do not
have the requested items in stock, we will contact you, by email or
phone, to discuss alternatives. We will refund you immediately if no
alternatives are acceptable to you.
Faxing us your credit/debit card
details:
We are quite happy to receive credit card payment via
fax, access to which is restricted to Kids Kaper management. If this
option is selected then we will still receive the order by email but we
will wait until receiving your credit card details and signed
authorisation via fax, with the correct reference quoted, before
dispatching the goods.
Credit/debit card details by phone:
If this option is selected then we will receive the
order by email which should contain your telephone number so that we can
call you back to obtain your credit card details. Please ensure you put
convenient times to call (or times not to call) in the information box
on the order page.
Sending a cheque,
international money order or cash:
We are also happy to receive either a cheque,
international money order or cash, both need to be in UK pounds for the
correct amount, sent by post to our mailing address. If you send cash
then please send by registered post. Again, we will receive the order
details, almost immediately, by email but we will wait until receiving
the cheque, money order or cash, before dispatching the goods. Please
quote the reference number so that we can match up the payment with the
order details.
Arranging a
bank transfer direct to our UK sterling account:
You may also arrange a direct bank transfer into our
UK sterling account. You have to pay all transfer charges and ensure
that the correct amount will be credited to our account after the
deduction of any charges (at either end) or adjustments due to exchange
differences. We still receive the order details via email and you will
need to quote your reference number so that we can match the credit to
the order. This method is likely to be the slowest as we will not be
aware of the credit until our normal monthly statement arrives.
