We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process
your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your
consent or unless there's a query regarding your purchase.
If you do give us your consent to e-mail you in future, you will always
be able to withdraw your consent.
The type of information we will record about you includes your:

- address
- phone number
- email address
- credit/debit card details (only in the case of customers who do
not use the Netbanx secure payment facility).
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your
explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check
the information that we hold about you by emailing
us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in
accordance with our internal security policy and English
law.
Personal information held by
Kids Kaper Ltd is accessible only to
Kids Kaper Ltd management, staff and
agents and only on a direct 'need to know' basis. We have never and have
no intention of ever passing on or selling personal information (including
e-mail addresses) to any other organisation.
Credit card information collected by the Netbanx Secure Transaction
Service is never seen by
Kids Kaper Ltd or its staff. Credit/debit card
information either faxed or passed via telephone is recorded in hard copy
and is safe-guarded by normal retailing practices.
All details held in electronic form are protected from internet
'hackers' by proven firewall systems. All details held in hard copy form
are protected from being compromised, to the best of our ability, by more
normal security measures - i.e. good business practices and lock and key.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European
Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to
our site (e.g. the order in which pages are accessed). This can include
the use of 'cookies' which are stored on your machine by your browser. You
can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information
collected in this way can be used to help us improve our site navigation
and to assist you in completing your personal details on the order page.
